DemoTeam Italia was set up by AMSI – Associazione Maestri Sci Italiani – for the World Interski Congress 2015, and is formed of the following teams: Alpine Ski, Nordic Ski, Snowboard and Telemark. Alpine ski most notably includes choreographic downhill skiing with crossing and zigzagging in alternation, all at high speed and in synchronisation; but the other teams are no less spectacular on the slope. And not only. The important work of DemoTeam Italia at Interski focuses on international workshops where Scuola Italiana Sci holds the best teaching and promotional activities it has to offer. To talk about Scuola Italiana Sci, and DemoTeam Italia in particular, is to talk about skiing of the very highest technical and educational content. Skiing tradition in this context has been of an impeccable standard for decades, in terms of both demonstration (technical ability on the slope) and effective teaching. Skiing here is of an international standing, with countries competing that have a long tradition of alpine skiing like France,

Switzerland and Austria. There is no one specific reason for this event, although it can be said that comprehensive teaching has always been offered to help students of any level, from amateur to professional, to continue to improve.
